SCR Civil Construction LLC was incorporated in 1986 in Sugar Land, Texas, and over the years has grown to serve the entire state. Our crews repair roads and bridges on highways from Beaumont to El Paso, from Harlingen to Dalhart.

The corporate office is now in Richmond, Texas, a suburb southwest of Houston, and we also work from a regional office in Fort Worth. These geographically situated offices allow us to maintain a strategic efficiency that allows us to effectively service and supply our crews across the state.
